The Project Context
High-volume e-commerce and conversion design focused on making complex, clinical medical supplies feel accessible and trustworthy to everyday consumers.
Design Strategy & Execution
Led regular visual refreshes for Apria Direct and Apria Home’s marketing assets, keeping assets fresh with custom palette-based gradients and frosted glass elements. I also designed downloadable customer resources, including a wheelchair measurement infographic and a portable oxygen concentrator buyer's guide. To solve photography asset limitations, I utilized generative AI tools to prompt entirely new lifestyle imagery from scratch, extend existing photography, and swap backgrounds.
The Business Impact
Managed a fast-paced creative pipeline, collaborating with the Email Marketing Lead to deliver a cross-client freelance output of 50 to 100 static and animated Klaviyo email assets, web banners, and Meta ads monthly, turning complicated medical topics into clear, trust-building visual guides that steadily supported sales growth.
ONLINE Marketing
Email Graphics
Designed static and animated hero images and body banners for sales-driven email campaigns, in close partnership with the email marketing manager.
Other Projects
Print Collateral
Designed a package insert promoting CPAP cleaning supplies, a postcard mailer that helped customers visualize a product’s actual size, and a two-sided box insert featuring travel CPAP machines, with a discount and QR code to encourage repeat purchases.
Educational Resources
Collaborated with the content team to design a wheelchair measurement infographic and a portable oxygen concentrator buyer’s guide. Each piece was created to be clear, accessible, and aligned with Apria Home’s brand guidelines.
Disclaimer: I do not claim ownership of the assets displayed on this portfolio page. They are solely intended to showcase the work I have contributed to during my time with Apria Direct and Apria Home.
